• Clover is currently recruiting for a Team Leader: Distribution. The successful candidate will be responsible to ensure Driver, Van Assistant and vehicle availability at all times. This exciting opportunity is based at the Clover Clayville branch 

Requirements    

• Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4 
• Business English: Fluent 
• Work in extreme conditions 
• Experience in working with senior management

Duties and Responsibilities    
Provide General Office Administration Support  

• Update Driver planning  
• Update ad hoc Labour Broker time sheet  
• Update “Way better” spread sheet  
• Update daily defects from Pre-trip inspection forms  
• Compile weekly roster for staff operating on Compressed Working Week 

Administrate leave applications  

• Ensure capturing of all leave on PaySpace system  
• Ensure all leave is approved on PaySpace system  
• Ensure leave captured correlates with Best Time  

Vehicle maintenance/availability  

• Ensure pre-trip inspections are done according to SOP 
• Report incidents/accidents/damage on vehicles  
• Do follow ups to ensure vehicles are in road worthy condition before they leave the premises
