Job Description
- Ensures the optimal operation and functioning of all Infrastructure at the Bakery.
- To provide technical support / Troubleshooting
- Industrial relations Management
- Maintenance Planning
- Required to work rotational shifts, Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays as per shift roster including night shift.
- Must be able to work in a highly pressurised manufacturing environment with hot and noisy conditions
Qualification Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Registered Artisan (Dept of Labour) Red Seal is essential.
Experience Requirements
- 7 to 8 years related experience In an FMCG industry in a similar role.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role at a supervisor level.
Skills and Competencies
- Ability to work in a team
- leading and Supervising
- Ability to work under pressure
- Must be self- motivated
- High attention to detail and target driven individual.
- Problem solving along with planning and organising
- Continuous Improvement
