Program Overview:
- Mentorship & Training: For the first six months, the graduate will be mentored by a Senior Project Manager, learning essential project management methodologies and technical consulting skills.
- Project Management Exposure: Initially responsible for managing installation projects, with a structured growth path leading to full end-to-end project management.
- Career Progression: Over 1.5 years, the graduate will develop into a fully-fledged Technical Project Manager responsible for leading technical consulting projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in project risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Engage in training and mentorship programs to build project management and technical consulting capabilities.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Education: A fresh graduate or a candidate with 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Degree: A Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related degree.
