Technical Manager needed at Tsebo Solution

• We are looking for a Technical Manager to lead and manage technical operations at our site. This role ensures compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), oversees preventative and reactive maintenance, and drives service excellence in line with Tsebo standards.

Duties & Responsibilities    

• Manage site operations and ensure SLA compliance.
• Implement and monitor preventative maintenance programs.
• Supervise contractors and vendors, ensuring quality and cost control.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain service standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including service manuals and equipment registers.
• Liaise with stakeholders, including Help Desk and Engineering Executive.
• Manage stock control and procurement of spares.
• Provide technical support and training for maintenance staff.
• Ensure adherence to ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 standards and Tsebo SHEQ policies.

Skills and Competencies    

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy and organizational ability.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and own transport.

Qualifications    

• Grade 12 and N4 or equivalent.
• Qualified Artisan – Millwright or Electrical
• Minimum 5 years industry experience.
• Minimum 3 years management experience in a similar environment.
