Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or a related field is a plus.
• Proven track record in sales or a strong desire to pursue a career in sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems; experience with Skynamo CRM is advantageous.
• Valid driver’s license and own transportation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell our abrasives to prospective clients within the designated region.
• Identify and engage with potential customers through cold calling, networking, and other sales strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Work closely with the national sales manager to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Utilize the Skynamo CRM system to manage customer interactions, document sales activities, and track progress.
