Technical Service Engineer- Automotive/Telematics Job at MPRTC Recruitment

• Provide technical support for telematics systems, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, oversee installations and commissioning, and support customers with technical queries and system performance.

Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12 – essential
• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Automation or related field
• 5–10 years’ relevant experience, including at least 3 years in automotive or telematics
• Strong knowledge of automotive electronic/electrical systems and vehicle CAN protocols
• Hands-on CAN message capture and analysis experience
• Proven experience troubleshooting commercial vehicle electronic systems
• Telematics, T-BOX, dash cam or automotive electronics experience – advantageous
• Strong technical problem-solving and customer service skills
• Code 8 driver’s licence – essential
