Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• TOGAF, Business Analysis, or Systems Analysis certifications advantageous

Requirements:

• Experience as a Technical Solutions Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Solution Analyst
• Strong understanding of system integrations and enterprise applications
• Exposure to Solution Architecture principles
• Software Development background advantageous
• Strong understanding of SDLC and business processes
• Experience gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

KPAs:

• Analyse business and technical requirements
• Design and recommend scalable solution architectures
• Drive systems integration and process improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams
• Produce technical specifications and solution documentation
• Support the implementation of enterprise technology solutions
