The Technical Support Intern drives high-RPM efficiency by managing user data and providing 100% compliant support solutions across enterprise systems. Utilizing ServiceNow for incident orchestration and AWS for cloud support, the intern helps minimize operational risk in the IT lifecycle. Their role leverages data-driven diagnostics to learn the fundamentals of system performance and ensures the technical reliability of the group’s national digital ecosystem.
Job Description
- The Technical Support intern supports Network Management as well as any OEM and Workshop activities, when required.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks
CV Product Knowledge
- Gain knowledge on the most relevant transmissions (Traxon and Ecolife)
Documentation
- Assist in developing repair level 1, 2 and 3 special tooling requirements for partners.
Support
- Assist with Customer/OEM Support.
- Report writing.
- Assist with following up on Purchase orders and admin.
Training
- Assist in organizing training days.
- Assist in collecting and collating training material.
Network Management support
- Support with keeping Sales Force up to date with customer information.
- Capturing Audit results and presenting the results.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum N4 qualification.
- Strong technical acumen, with special interest in Commercial vehicles.
- Strong organizational and data management skills.
- Computer literacy. (Excel & Word)
- French speaking would be advantageous

A National Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Information Systems is the required academic foundation.
