Main Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • To assist, under guidance, with the stripping and assembly of compressed air equipment, in order for quotation preparation
  • To perform duties in Service Workshop and customer’s site
  • To ensure quality work at all times
  • To be available for after hours work as and when required
  • Timekeeping as per the company’s rules and regulations
  • Expected to assist in other areas/divisions in the organisation when requested
  • Be part of the safety programme and good housekeeping
  • To be part of the workshop team

Required Skills and Capabilities:

  • 0 – 5 years’ experience in the Engineering environment
  • At least two years relevant experience
  • Be in possession of a valid drivers licence (a definite must)
  • Grade 12 educational certificate

Behaviours

  • Self motivated
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work as part of the workshop team
  • Be presentable to customers in grooming and dress code
