Role Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, you are required to hold:;

• a National Certificate in Medical Technology (Clinical Pathology)
• be registered with the HPCSA as a Medical Technician in Clinical Pathology.
• These qualifications ensure you are equipped to contribute meaningfully from day one, while also aligning with our commitment to attracting the right talent to deliver on our strategy.
• You will also need a valid South African driver’s licence (Code B or C) as well as your own reliable transportation.
• You are expected to have completed 18 months of experiential learning as a Learner Technician within a Clinical Pathology environment.
• This hands-on experience lays the foundation for confident, independent practice and reflects our belief in focused learning solutions that prepare our people for the future.

Skills Requirements

• Strong communication skills in both English and Afrikaans, basic computer literacy, and sound numerical reasoning are essential for success in this role.
