Role Requirements

• To be considered for this opportunity, you are required to hold a National Certificate in Medical Technology (Micriobiology) and be registered with the HPCSA as a Medical Technician in Microbiology. These qualifications ensure you are equipped to contribute meaningfully from day one, while also aligning with our commitment to attracting the right talent to deliver on our strategy. You are expected to have 3 years’ experience within a Microbiology Pathology environment. This hands-on experience lays the foundation for confident, independent practice and reflects our belief in focused learning solutions that prepare our people for the future.

• Strong communication skills in English, basic computer literacy, and sound numerical reasoning are essential for success in this role. These skills enable you to collaborate effectively, manage data accurately, and contribute to a people-centric environment where engagement and teamwork are key.
