Duties & Responsibilities
- Outbound call centre environment
- Engage with new and existing customers
- Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential new customers
- Identify customers’ needs
- Persuade customers to buy by demonstrating how products or services meet their needs
- Inform customers of the product and the process required to apply for the relevant product
- Use scripts to provide information about product features, prices, etc., and present their benefits
- Resolve any customer and product-related queries
- Conclude pre-agreements and actual agreements
- Meet set sales and QA targets
Desired Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 12 months of experience in an outbound call centre
- Grade 12/Matric qualification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Previous telemarketing sales experience is highly advantageous
- Clear disciplinary record
- Clear ITC and criminal record
