- Telesales Clerk – To drive sales and revenue by effectively communicating with customers over the phone, processing orders and promoting products.
Key Performance Area: Placing Sales Orders
- Handling the Telesales function
- Taking orders telephonically
- Pre-Invoicing of orders
- Printing & Checking of load sheets
- Printing of invoices
- Customer service: Call handling
- Effectively addressing customer inquiries, complaints and issues
Minimum requirements
- Matric
- 2 to 3 years Telesales experience
