Telesales Team Leader needed at GBS

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead & Drive Performance: Propel your team to achieve monthly KPIs and targets.
• Track & Communicate Results: Keep everyone informed of sales goals and achievements.

• Support Disciplinary Actions: Handle misconduct matters, issue corrective documents, and chair hearings.
• Foster Open Communication: Maintain constant interaction with your team members.
• Assess & Implement Interventions: Observe and measure performance, then act accordingly.
• Support Sales Stages: Guide your team through sales processes and assist with client escalations.
• Report: Provide detailed weekly/daily reports to key stakeholders
• Develop Your Team: Use motivation, counselling, and education to build product knowledge.
• Forecast Sales: Provide accurate sales predictions.
• Resolve Complaints: Handle and resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Devise Strategies: Create sales techniques that boost performance.
• Collaborate: Work with other departments to ensure sales team success

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Matric essential
• Must have at least 18 months experience as a Telesales team leader within a telecommunications call centre environment.
• Proven track record of leading successful teams
• Sound understanding of B2B sales within the telecommunications sector is preferred.
