Overview & Key Responsibilities
The Office Administrator will be responsible for administrative support and the key areas of responsibility for this role would include but are not limited to:
- Management of Switchboard and Reception;
- Responsible for filling and document control;
- Assisting in handling procurement;
- Providing administrative support to procurement, debtors, customer services, commercial, engineering, production, distribution, and SHERQ functions;
- Assisting with all other applicable administrative duties.
Essential Requirements
- Matric with post qualification in Office Administration or related field;
- Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in office administration;
- Strong organization and administrative skills;
- Deadline-driven, ability to work under pressure;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Proven ability to build strong customer relationships;
- Must have a valid unendorsed driver’s license and own transport;
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Office suite.
