Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Switchboard operating
- Coordinate office activities and operations
- Manage the day to day running of all administrative duties
- Assist internal and external clients with any administrative assistance required
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- General Office Admin
- Modifying timesheets on a weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis
- Updating and distributing absenteeism reports
Applicants must have the following qualifying criteria:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Must be able to work independently as well as in a team
- Must be Computer literate – MS Office Suite
- Strong numeric and literacy skills
- Able to speak and understand fluent English
- Neat and well- presented
Requirements
- Matric
- Office Administration Certificate/ Diploma
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience within a secretarial/ receptionist position
- Previous experience within a manufacturing environment (advantageous)
- Own reliable transport
