Trade Execution Specialist – Wholesale & Counters – HQ Bryanston needed at The South African Breweries

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Research both sub segments to fully understand customers and shoppers
• Define strategic execution priorities for both Wholesalers and Counters
• Develop Health KPIs, track and improve execution against these
• Roll out Fully Branded Outlets in both Wholesalers and Counters
• Specific focus areas for Wholesaler Group 2 and 3 (Understand the sub segments; Define a strategy; Execute to elevate SAB and Lead and Grow the category)
• Specific focus areas for Counters (Define Category Management priorities; Structure a Counter specific trade scheme to create the right pricing architecture in the right pack formats)

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree in Business or related field preferred
• Minimum 3 years in a sales or marketing related management position (preferably in SAB)
• Wholesale and Counter Serve experience will be preferable
• Project management skills
• Ability to deal with both internal and external stakeholders of varying degrees of seniority
• Strong customer engagement skills
• Basic excel skills required
• Ability to assimilate research, generate insights and put a strategy together
