Job Description

  • Our client is seeking a dynamic Trade Marketer to drive product visibility and demand across retailers, wholesalers, and distributors, while also engaging directly with end users through sampling, activations, and on-the-ground brand experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Works with retailers to optimize product placement (e.g., eye-level shelving, end-cap displays, feature areas).
  • Activates in-store displays, cross-merchandising opportunities, and both on and off-shelf promotions.
  • Conducts product sampling activities directly with end users to increase trial and conversion.
  • Analyze customer and sales performance to understand what’s selling and why.
  • Ensures branding, packaging, and point-of-sale materials are appealing and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborates with sales teams to increase product distribution and strengthen brand presence across the region.
  • Provides product training to retail staff and trade partners.
  • Plans and executes weekly promotional activities, including retail activations and trade/consumer sampling events

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in trade marketing.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Confidence working with retailers and cross-functional teams
  • Must have a valid motor vehicle driver’s license.
  • A criminal background check will be done on all candidates. Clear criminal background required
