Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily stock reconciliations
- Assist in the drafting of offers and commercial agreements
- Co-ordinate review and verify shipping documentation required for export shipments
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing updates on orders
- Manage and Co-ordinate the process between the Port, Logistics and Marketing ensuring seamless process for domestic and export sales
Minimum requirements:
- BCom degree or Diploma in Business Management, Logistics, or Marketing
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position
- Experience in the mining or commodity trading sector is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and ERP software such as SAP
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with tight deadline
