Description
Purpose of the job 

• To undergo a training programme to develop an understanding of various operations and work methodologies in PEP (store operations, PEP’s customers, risk management, Central Office, and DC’s).  Through participation and observation of training interventions, the incumbent will learn key facilitation skills necessary in PEP.  Knowledge and skills will be applied to co-facilitate/facilitate a variety of workshops and training interventions in the business (central office; field and DCs).

Key Responsibilities 

• Attend and observe workshops in order to build knowledge and skills needed learning interventions
• Co -facilitate and facilitate learning interventions for all Dynamos
• Collaborate in the planning and scheduling of learning intervention

Requirements

• Relevant diploma or degree in training management / social sciences
• Work experience will be an advantage
• Google Workspace
• Tech Savvy; keen to explore applications, platforms, etc.
• Knowledge of learning methodologies (incl. facilitation; questioning skills; simulations, online, role play, etc.) will be an advantageous 
• Must be willing to travel extensively
• Must have a valid driver’s licence
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Numerical Ability
• Business Sense (Understanding of Profit/Loss and cost) will be an advantage
• Facilitation skills
• Research capability
• Inquisitive nature
