Key Responsibilities:
- Development of Company-Specific Product Training Materials: Create engaging and informative training materials tailored to our company’s products. (hardware and software)
- Collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs): Work closely with SMEs to gather the necessary information for preparing comprehensive training content.
- New Product Training Materials: Develop training materials for new products to ensure our team is well-equipped with the latest knowledge.
- Soft Skills Training: Design and develop various soft skills training materials to enhance the overall skill set of our employees.
- Compliance Training Content: Create compliance training content to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
- Instructor-Led and eLearning Programs: Develop content for both instructor-led and eLearning programs using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Canva, Speechelo, and Vimeo.
- Training Document Database Management: Maintain a well-organised training document database for all training categories.
- Company-Specific Content: Ensure all training content is company-specific and aligned with our internal standards, not SAQA aligned.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in developing training content for both instructor-led and eLearning programs.
- Proficiency in using Articulate Storyline, Canva, Speechelo, and Vimeo.
- Excellent writing skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Creative mindset with the ability to design engaging and effective training materials.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to maintain a comprehensive training document database.
- Ability to work collaboratively with SMEs and other team members.
