Key Responsibilities

Research and Market Analysis:

  • Conduct detailed market research to support the Advisory and Transactions team.
  • Prepare comprehensive market activity reports, tracking key trends, and notable transactions.

Client Engagement and Support:

  • Assist senior team members with client engagements by preparing and presenting findings, solutions, and deliverables.
  • Help develop client presentations, proposals, and transaction documentation.
  • Provide ongoing support throughout the client engagement lifecycle, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Transaction Coordination:

  • Assist in coordinating the due diligence process, including gathering necessary documentation and liaising with relevant parties.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to review and manage transaction-related documentation.
  • Support senior team members during negotiations and ensure all transaction details are accurately documented.

Team Collaboration and Administrative Support:

  • Work closely with other departments across CBRE Excellerate to deliver integrated service solutions to clients.
  • Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and knowledge-sharing opportunities.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure proposals for transactions and advisory assignments are completed efficiently.

Project Management and Reporting: 

  • Manage projects according to client processes, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and coordinated.
  • Ensure effective and timely reporting of project activities and progress.
  • Actively participate in weekly work-in-progress meetings and associated project discussions.
  • Capture and report on required financial metrics, including project completion and KPIs.

Profitability and Business Development:

  • Ensure correct allocation of fee shares.
  • Identify and participate in business development opportunities, including cross-selling services to other teams and departments.
  • Maintain accurate records of new leads, pursuits, and project completions, contributing to team meetings and revenue tracking.
  • Assist with invoice generation and ensure compliance with FICA requirements.

Operational Discipline:

  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all required documentation and reporting, including the provision of information for business purposes.
  • Support the team’s efforts in maintaining the Revenue Tracker and other internal systems.
  • Actively contribute to a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in real estate, financial analysis, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Familiarity with commercial real estate databases and tools is an advantage.
