Tutor | Bakoven / Camsp Bay | R250 per hour needed at Au Pair Extraordinaire

• A family is looking for a TUTOR for their son aged 10 year old (Grade 6) and daughter aged 11 year old (Grade 5)
• Area: Bakoven / Camps Bay
• Ages: son aged 10 year old (Grade 6) and daughter aged 11 year old (Grade 5)
• Working hours: Four days per week: 15h00 – 16h30
• School holiday hours: Four days per week: 15h00 – 16h30
• Duties: English and Mathematics tutoring for a Grade 5 and Grade 6. One child works off of the CAPS curriculum and one works off of the IEB curriculum. Both children are strong in grammar; however, our son struggles especially with creative writing and punctuation. The daughter struggles with history. Both children need math support
• Requirements: over 25 years old, confident in teaching, loving, and able to actively engage the children. Candidate should have a respectful, balanced outlook
• Start date: 12th January 2026 start – permanent contract
• Salary: R250 per hour (gross, before deductions) 

All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:

• Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.
• Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.
• Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.
• Must have a clear criminal record
• Must have a passion for children
• Must have Matric
• Must have a South African ID document.
