UX Product Designer (CPT/JHB Hybrid) needed at Datafin Recruitment

ENVIRONMENT:

• CREATE intuitive, visually appealing, and functional designs that solve real-world problems and delight users as the next UX Product Designer sought by an innovative FinTech platform.
• You will shape the user experience of digital products from concept to implementation, conducting user research, creating wireframes & prototypes while designing and validating designs.
• The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving complex problems, and has a strong portfolio showcasing their design process.
• You will require 3+ years of experience in Product or UX/UI Design, proficiency in tools like Figma or Sketch, and a solid understanding of user-centered design principles. You’ll need excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in an agile environment.

DUTIES:

• Conduct user research, create wireframes and prototypes, and design intuitive interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain design systems, participate in design critiques, and validate designs through prototyping and A/B Testing.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ Years of experience in Product or UX/UI Design.
• Proficiency in tools like Figma or Sketch.
• A solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
