Vehicle Recon Clerk – Rola Motors needed at Rola Motor Group

Minimum Requirements    

• Min Grade 12 
• Previous experience in vehicle reconditioning, automotive repair, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in using computer systems and software for record-keeping and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Duties and Responsibilities    

• Perform thorough inspections of incoming and outgoing vehicles to identify and document any necessary repairs or enhancements.
• Coordinate with repair shops, service departments, and vendors to facilitate timely and efficient vehicle reconditioning.
• Maintain detailed records of all vehicle reconditioning activities, including repair histories and costs.
• Ensure that all vehicles meet company quality standards and are ready for display or delivery.
• Communicate effectively with sales teams, service managers, and other departments to address any vehicle-related issues or requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices for vehicle reconditioning.
