Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to understand project objectives and requirements.
- Assist in planning and storyboarding video content.
- Support in selecting and securing locations, props, and talent for video shoots.
- Learn to operate and manage video equipment (cameras, tripod, sound).
- Participate in directing and filming video footage to ensure quality production.
- Assist in conducting interviews and capturing b-roll footage.
- Help edit video footage using video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Audition).
- Add basic effects, graphics, music, and sound effects under supervision to enhance video quality.
- Ensure videos align with the organization’s branding and messaging.
- Contribute to producing a variety of video content, including promotional videos, interviews, tutorials, event coverage, and social media content.

- Ensure videos are optimized for various platforms (YouTube, social media, website).
- Assist in maintaining and organizing video equipment.
- Manage video files and archives.
- Stay updated with basic trends and technologies in videography.
- Work closely with other departments to align video content with overall marketing and communication strategies.
- Provide support for live-streaming events as needed.
Competencies
- Creative skills to assist in developing engaging and impactful video content.
- Willingness to learn and operate video cameras, lighting, and sound equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues during production and post-production.
- Attention to detail to contribute to high-quality video output.
- Ability to maintain consistency in branding and messaging.
- Good verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas effectively.
