About the Role

• Route Recruit is seeking experienced, professional Waitrons on behalf of a premier luxury hotel client located in the Cape Town CBD.
• If you have proven experience in the food and beverage industry, a passion for high-standard customer service, and the flexibility to work shifts, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional table service and guest hospitality in line with luxury hotel standards.
• Take orders accurately, present food and beverage menus, and make informed recommendations.
• Ensure clean, presentable, and properly prepared dining and service areas.
• Manage guest requests and queries promptly and professionally.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain smooth service flow.

Requirements

• Experience: Verifiable previous experience as a Waitron (hospitality/hotel background preferred).
• Location: Must be based in or easily able to commute to the Cape Town CBD.
• Flexibility: Comfortable working shift patterns (including weekends, evenings, and public holidays).
• Skills: Strong communication skills, neat presentation, and a customer-focused attitude.
