Responsibilities

  • Administering Principals’ stock and proof of delivery, including receiving and checking of principals’ goods, physical verification of any issues and on the system.
  • Managing special collection order processes for collections and returns to Hubs.
  • Managing outstanding POD’s.
  • Passing credits and assisting with POD processing, including Batch to third party data
  • managers.
  • Preparing for, conducting and verifying stock takes for allocated principals.
  • Controlling stock on FIFO basis (actioning weeks stock holding).
  • Investigating variances and fix system comparison reports.
  • Actioning and following up with AE’s on expiry dates and unplanned issues.
  • Checking of returns and processing documentation; managing returns to suppliers and authorising donations/safe disposal.
  • Resolving account queries on an adhoc basis.
  • Serving as the day-to-day liaison of Debrief returns, Receiving and dispatch teams.
  • Compiling weekly transporter reports (outstanding PODS) and other monthly reports.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or certification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a warehouse setting
