• We are seeking qualified individuals to join a fast-paced dynamic freight-forwarding company in our Cape Town Branch!

Minimum requirements: 

• Matric certificate
• Relevant qualification is advantageous
• Warehouse/inventory control experience
• Health and Safety knowledge is advantageous

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Stock receiving plus system.
• Stock holding.
• Stock counts.
• Systems (WMS/Shipshape)
• Stock Dispatching
• Process orders and meet customers’ requirements.
• Communication with customers
• Investigation of stock problems
• Invoicing
• 3rd party transport bookings
• Local bookings
• Printing of stock reports
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage and distribution of products.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating shipments and deliveries.
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
• Support other warehouse functions as needed, including packing, labelling, and loading/unloading shipments.
• Auditing knowledge
• Checking orders before dispatch
• Assist clients that are collecting
• Send PODS to clients
• Process invoices and monthly charges
• Process disbursements
