Warehouse Distributor needed at Truworths

Job Description

With the continued growth of the Truworths Warehouse Operation, we are looking for a Warehouse Distributor to add to our pool to continue to effectively service our factories and CMT base.

Key Responsibilities    

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Meeting throughput targets for the department
• Delivering quality throughput to the required standard and expectation in line with Audit requirements for the Warehouse Following processes and procedures relevant to the particular department (fabric or trims) in accordance with relevant standards
• Taking care of tools and equipment to ensure good working order and continued operational use.
• Assist in other area’s and departments when required to do so ( offload fabric containers, fabric deliveries to factories )
• Know, understand and comply with Health and Safety Regulations;
• Participate in Stock takes;

Qualifications and Experience    

Qualification/s:

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification advantageous

Experience / Knowledge:

• Exposure to Truworths Warehouse environment advantageous
• Basic computer literacy
• Sync System knowledge advantageous
