Job Description

• A leading manufacturer of premium, design-led outdoor products is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager with strong experience in stock control, inventory systems, and warehouse operations to join their team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will oversee the raw materials floor, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with operational standards, while managing a small team and supporting production processes.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and accuracy.
• Manage raw materials, including all incoming and outgoing stock.
• Maintain accurate stock records and ensure timely reconciliation.
• Lead and support stock controllers and storeroom staff.
• Ensure materials are delivered to production on time.
• Implement and enforce warehouse processes and standards.
• Identify and resolve stock or operational issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in stock control and warehouse management.
• Proven leadership experience managing warehouse staff.
• Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and inventory management systems.
• High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
