Role Description

  • We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Manager to join the KT Wash team in a full-time, on-site capacity. This role is integral to ensuring seamless warehouse operations and maintaining high standards in stock control, inventory management, and logistics coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the receipt, inspection, and proper storage of incoming goods.
  • Manage and dispatch outgoing materials while maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Train and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Conduct daily stock checks of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
  • Implement the FIFO (First-In-First-Out) system for inventory management.
  • Schedule vehicle bookings for loading and dispatching detergents.
  • Organize contract workers to meet operational needs.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
  • Collaborate with production and laboratory teams to uphold quality and safety standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environmental (SHEQ) regulations.
  • Track and report warehouse performance metrics, including stock accuracy and safety KPIs.
  • Authorize the stoppage of processes when safety or quality standards are at risk.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in stock control, inventory management, and operations coordination.
  • Proficiency with warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP).
  • Forklift operation skills are an advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • A diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Maintain a minimum stock accuracy of 95%.
  • Adhere to maximum time allocations for truck loading (1 hour) and offloading (2 hours for specific materials).
  • Report safety and quality alerts weekly.
  • Achieve daily CIL (Cleaning, Inspection, and Lubrication) tasks at a minimum of 95%.
