Warehouse Manager needed at Pollock & Associates

• A senior Warehouse Manager is required to lead and control high-volume FMCG warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy, productivity, cost control, and full compliance with operational standards. This role carries end-to-end accountability for inbound, storage, picking, dispatch, stock integrity, staff performance, and warehouse revenue streams.
• You will manage all warehouse activities, including receiving, GRV processes, stock movements, picking, checking, cage allocation, pallet control, expiry management, stocktakes, and deviation reporting. Strong command of WMS data, productivity statistics, cost-per-case analysis, and KPI reporting is essential to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
• You will lead large teams, manage daily wage control, overtime, casual labour, and performance benchmarks, while enforcing best-practice procedures across housekeeping, health and safety, LEAN disciplines, and SOP compliance. The role also includes oversight of reverse logistics, client billing schedules, asset control, waste management, security protocols, and monthly cost reviews.

Requirements

• Grade 12 (tertiary warehousing qualification advantageous)
• Minimum 5 years’ warehouse management experience within FMCG
• Strong WMS, reporting, and analytical capability
• Proven leadership in high-pressure, high-volume environments
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English
• Willingness to work extended hours
