Job responsibilities
- Develops and oversees the complete warehouse operations in South Africa
- 3PL Management
- Material/Inventory Control and management
- Stocking of inventory and Ensuring stock accuracy
- Ensuring timely processing and deliveries of stock
- Statutory and Regulatory Compliance
- Logistics Management
- Liaising and negotiating with customers and suppliers
- Ensuring proper documentation and up-dation of records at DC
- Allocating and managing staff resources
- Handling local government bodies issues and contractual employees
- Keeping strong hold on the Employees and outsourced workers working in the warehouse.
- Handling local area issues related to warehouse
Requirements
- 3PL Management is a non-negotiable
- Warehouse P & L management
- 8 + years of experience on Purchase, Logistics, Warehouse, Supply Chain, Inventory Management,
- Procurement Management
- Managed 8500 + SKUS
