About the Role
This high-RPM leadership role manages massive automotive inventory data and ensures 100% compliance with vehicle tracking and logistics safety standards. Utilizing SAP for resource orchestration and Salesforce for CRM integration, the manager reduces operational risk in a high-velocity buying and selling environment. Their leadership leverages data-driven diagnostics to optimize floor space and ensures the technical reliability of the group’s national distribution network.
Role Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Management of maintenance team.
- Manage HR related staff queries.
- Motivating maintenance staff & security.
- Manage staff as per rotational roster to minimize overtime expense.
- Review maintenance staff performance annually.
- Ensure discipline is kept in the workplace.
- Ensure staff and warehouse complies with OH&S and SHEQ standards.
- Head of maintenance pertaining to the whole building and property and new projects.
- Ensure gardens, grass, housekeeping and appearance of building and property is kept in presentable order.
- Ensure that warehouse generator is in working order at all times.
- Manage warehouse alarm, cameras, and security, internal and external.
- Manage photobooth.
- Manage washbay
- Manage key office.
- Manage keys for the whole warehouse and premise and ensure safe keeping of keys.
- Ensure all new arrival vehicles is received as per company procedures.
- Manage and update on all vehicle’s inspections done (Dekra Checks).

Role Requirements
Requirements:
- Matric
- Valid Driving license
- 3 years experience in a similar position
- Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Maintenance, Operational Management (Advantageous)

A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Engineering is mandatory for this professional track. Career progression leads to Regional Operations Director or National Logistics Manager roles by mastering digital transformation and automated inventory systems.
