Description
- We are looking for a Warranty & Aftersales Administrator to oversee and manage warranty claims and provide exceptional aftersales support. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring that warranty claims are processed accurately, support dealers and customers effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues.
Minimum Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Matric or higher
- Experience: At least 2 years in a similar role
- Licence: Code 8 driver’s licence

- Confident, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Strong reporting and presentation abilities
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
