Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage and inspire the planning team to deliver deep and insightful business information, analytics, forecasting and resource planning.
- Business Forecasting: Develop and implement workload, capacity and financial forecast models that allow for future planning in line with business requirements.
- Workforce Planning: Using forecasts provided, analyze the current workforce, and schedule sufficient resource at the relevant times of the day to ensure Clients’ NET FTE requirements are met consistently.
- Real Time Analysis: Ensure that work schedules, performance KPI’s and NET FTE Requirements are met by real time and intraday management of resources.
Job Requirements:
- 3-5years’ experience in the Same /Similar role
- National senior certificate -Grade 12
- Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
