• TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Workshop Foreman within the Trade division at Standerton, Mpumalanga.

Job Summary

• This role involves managing workshop operations. Key responsibilities include supervising artisans and technicians, ensuring the quality of work, and overseeing administrative duties.
• The Workshop Foreman is also responsible for daily task allocation, handling warranty claims, and ensuring excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Check the quality of work done
• Check the quality of completed work
• Oversee admin duties
• Service delivery to Customers
• Ensure client satisfaction
• Oversee workmanship of artisans and/or technicians
• Handling of warranty claims
• Allocating daily duties to artisans and/or technicians
• Maintain good relationships with assessors and clients

Qualifications and Skills

• Matric / Grade 12
• Qualified Diesel Mechanic (Red Seal)
• Experience as a Workshop Foreman
• Knowledge of New Holland tractors (advantageous)
• Production orientated
• Valid driver’s license (Code 08)
• Ability to comply with deadlines
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills
