Workshop Quality Controller – CPT – CBD needed at Helderberg Personnel

Criteria:

• Matric or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience in a similar role with a good understanding of the automative industry
• Technical proficiency in automotive systems
• Business acumen
• Quality inspection and quality processes skills
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Proficiency in the English language
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Computer literacy
• Leadership skills
• Customer service orientation
• Must be in possession of a valid drivers’ licence

Duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Quality inspections to ensure workmanship meets standards
• Develop and implement quality assurance processes and checklists to standardise inspection procedures
• Verify that all repairs are performed according to repair orders and technical specifications
• Diagnostic verification
• Performance testing
• Maintain detailed records of inspection findings, including deficiencies identified and corrective actions taken
• Prepare quality control reports
• Customer service and communication
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies, procedures, and industry regulations related to vehicle repairs and quality standards
• Promote a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and practices among workshop staff
• Work closely with other departments to coordinate efforts and maintain a cohesive approach to delivering high-quality service.
