Responsibilities and Duties 

  • Responsible to keep the environment safe and adhere to all Safety Policies
  • Responsible for follow-up with suppliers for on-time delivery of truck materials including packing platforms
  • Monitor the performance of suppliers including packing platforms in terms of delivery
  • Responsible for calling off materials based on MRP calculations
  • Ensure that the management and good visualization of the local warehouse 
  • Maintain and monitor reports as per requirements
  • Co-ordinate and support warehouse to set up Safety stocks and re-order levels
  • Responsible for follow-up with suppliers for on-time delivery of truck materials including packing platforms
  • Co-ordinate and support warehouse to set up Safety stocks and re-order levels
  • Support the MC with attending supplier visits
  • Creation of POs on SAP Ariba
  • Suggest and implement improvements to the current process
  • Support in Inventory Analysis & stock take activities 

Minimum qualifications and experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering
  • Supply Chain Management (Advantage)
  • 0-2 years Relevant experience as a material controller
