Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsible for ensuring adherence to the production plan.
- Report the production status daily in the QRQC meeting.
- Monitor daily and monthly sign-off targets ensuring all production goals are met.
- Monitor all station’s downtime and issues and report out.
- Responsible for coordinating meetings between production, logistics, sales, engineering, quality etc for all production planning and control issues.
- Maintain CCR system and ensure that it’s working properly.
- Responsible for creating a recovery plan whenever there is backlog in production.
- Effecting changes to production schedules to ensure that production deadlines are met
- Make performance reports and distribute them to the necessary departments daily and weekly.
- Check and ensure runtime hours are correct for each station.
- Monitor delayed and trial vehicles to make sure they are processed properly.
- Work with IT team on any issues with systems or processes.
- Coordinate with different departments on any request related to production, Inventory shortages, and Quality issues.
- Recommending viable solutions to reduce production costs as well as improve production processes and product quality
- Adherence to all Safety Policies within the Organization
- Responsible for creating and maintaining all systems related to production planning for trucks e.g: co-pilot, CPO e.t.c
Minimum qualifications and experience
- Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial/Mechatronics Engineering
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in the Automotive industry.
