Utilizing Salesforce for lead management and ServiceNow for workflow tracking, the advisor ensures 100% compliance with FAIS and insurance regulations. Their technical advisory reduces operational risk by ensuring that policy data accurately reflects the client’s risk needs, maximizing retention and revenue growth.

Job Description

Role purpose

  • To sell YOUI insurance products to customers who enquire online or are transferred via digital channels, by delivering excellent customer experience and meeting sales targets.
  • Clients will start quotes online and you will need to complete the quote with the client over the phone and sell the policy to them with the trust you have built with the client and the rapport you have shared with them.

  • Conduct needs analysis and provide tailored insurance quotes
  • Explain policy benefits, exclusions, and premiums clearly
  • Close sales while meeting compliance and quality standards

  • Build rapport and deliver a customer-centric experience

Qualifications

Education

  • Completed Matric or National Senior Certificate – minimum requirement

Experience

  • 2 years corporate sales experience – advantageous
  • 2 years insurance sales experience – advantageous

Salary & Financial Insight
