• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
• Implement and configure Workforce Software Time Solution modules with WorkForce Software integration.
• Provide expertise in time tracking, scheduling, and reporting functionalities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to time management and attendance tracking.
• Conduct user training sessions and create documentation for end-users.
• Support system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate time management solutions with other HR and payroll systems

What You Need to Bring to the Party:

• Deep expertise in SAP Workforce Software (WFS) Time Solutions.
• Years of experience 5+
• Compulsory SAP Workforce Software experience and certification
• Hands-on experience in configuring & optimizing time management solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills—you love tackling complex system challenges.
• Experience in system integrations (HR & Payroll = your best friends).
