• A well-established jewellery retailer is looking for a Sales Assistant to join their team.
• The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a jewellery store or general retail environment and enjoy working with customers in a sales-focused environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a jewellery store or general retail environment
• Good customer service and sales skills
• Friendly, confident and comfortable interacting with customers
• Reliable and able to work as part of a team
• Willing to work mall trading hours, including weekends, public holidays and late closing shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with product selection and purchases
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
• Promote and sell jewellery products

• Assist with stock and general store duties
