Requirements

Inherent Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management
  • Minimum 6 years in an HR Generalist role on middle management level
  • Proven proficiency in verbal and written communication in both Afrikaans and English
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic HR advisory experience
  • Experience within the agricultural environment is compulsory and good understanding of the agricultural industry and its people

  • Compensation & Reward Strategy
  • Employment Equity monitoring and Implementation
  • Talent Development & Performance Management
  • Industrial Relations (in collaboration with IR Specialist)
  • HR Reporting & Analytics

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong understanding of the grain value chain and its people dynamics
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on HR experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Afrikaans and English
