- We are seeking a highly skilled Tool, Die & Jig Maker to deliver precision tooling solutions within the Metal and Engineering Industry.
- You will be a trade-tested Red Seal professional with at least 7 years’ experience in progression tooling and a proven ability to maintain and repair specialised tools to the highest standards.
- This role requires a proactive individual who can think on their feet, remain calm under pressure, and bring creativity and logical reasoning to solve complex tooling challenges.
Key Requirements:
- Red Seal Trade Test: Tool Jig & Die Maker.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in progression tooling.
- Strong tool maintenance and specialised repair expertise.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings; CAD/drawing software knowledge is advantageous.
- Exposure to CNC programming, setting, and EDM (wire/spark eroding) is desirable.
- Solid understanding of machining standards, practices, and Health & Safety regulations.
- Strong problem-solving, reasoning, and project management skills.
