Position Purpose
- The role of the Inventory Administrator is to be a team player in the Deltamune Supply Chain. The individual will mainly be responsible for the administration of all inventory.
Key Accountabilities:
- Managing and oversee the entire Inventory process ensuring accuracies and efficiencies
- Monitor stock levels, track orders, and ensure timely replenishment of stock
- Quarterly stock takes
- Analise inventory data and produce reports to optimise stock management
- Capex and non- stock orders
- General Business and Support
- Develop and implement inventory control policies and procedures.
- Assist with logistics planning and booking of couriers
Qualification:
- A qualification in Supply Chain Management or Accounting will be advantageous
Knowledge / Experience:
- Minimum of three years’ experience in inventory administration, preferably in an environment that has either SANAS, GMP or ISO accreditation.
- Knowledge of Accpac Sage
- Proficiency in advanced Excel
- MS Office applications
