What you’ll do:
- Performing general and administrative tasks of the office daily
- Account administration for both Client and 3rd Party Contractors / Vendors
- Compile project completion documentation
- Capture and update ERP systems and tracking sheets
- Processing documents for Procurement and Accounts for invoicing
- Organizing and maintaining files so they are available to all staff members
- Creating, preparing and maintaining reports or presentations
- Occasional travel to perform errands, such as delivering files/items/stock
- CRM uploads Quotewerks and orders
- Answering the telephone
- Taking messages
- General Invoicing
- Sending out e-mails
- MS outlook, excel, word
- Clicks invoices, LEIS invoices
- Managing Accounts and Queries
Your expertise:
- Function related experience: 3-5 years
- Function related experience on Netsuite Quote Works: 1 – 2 years
Qualifications:
- Matric Certificate
- Microsoft Office Suite
