Customer Support Specialist, Dutch speaking needed at Bolt

About the role

• As a Customer Support Specialist, you will work in a young and energetic team. You’ll have the environment and opportunities to help us improve our processes and make them even more efficient in addition to creating the best customer experience.

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Represent Bolt in the Netherlands.
• Support Bolt’s Ride-hailing users and help them get the most out of our apps.
• Support our business partners in daily interactions with our users.
• Create loyal fans by showing them we really care.
• Contribute and share ideas to decrease the workload and improve the quality & speed of Bolt’s customer support.
