Senior Java Developer (NH022) needed at Mediro Recruitment

Description

• You will develop backend and frontend user stories.
• Take actively part in all regular Scrum ceremonies.
• Contribute to refinement of user stories.
• Liaise with stakeholders and team members.
• Pro-actively share knowledge, mentor and coach others.
• Provide support for existing solutions (DevOps).

Minimum Requirements

• Relevant IT Degree / Diploma / Certifications
• At least 4 years experience in Java development including the necessary solution space such as version control (Git).
• Java Qaurkus, Postgres DB and Kafka
• GitHub
• Understanding of Angular (TypeScript)
• Good understanding of clean code and Solid principles

Advantageous:

• JSP for legacy application maintenance
• Azure Cloud
• Experience with Container Orchestration Platforms, Azure AKS
• Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab, Terraform, Ansible)
• Familiar with Kafka or other streaming platforms 
• Familiar with Microservices, Cloud Architectures and Container Architectures such as Docker
• Experience in test automation
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Experience of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
